BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Birthday Parties at Dutch Wonderland are easy to plan! Once you’ve selected the elements you want to include you can sit back and relax – we do the rest! Our package options give you the freedom to customize a party fit for royalty.

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to hold the date/time of your party. Your deposit will be applied to the final cost of the party. Final payment is due two (2) weeks before the party date.

Parties are available on any day that we are open.

Parties are held at 11:00am, 1:30pm, 4:00pm and 6:30pm*

2012 Birthday Party Package

MINIMUM 10 PEOPLE REQUIRED

$12.99 per person. Minimum of 10 people required. (does not include admission to Dutch Wonderland or tax). Birthday party guests will be issued a wristband which will allow them access to the party. All guests who enter the party must be wearing their wristband.

• Exclusive use of our Birthday Party room for one (1) hour (located inside Dutch Wonderland)
• Party Hosts/Hostesses to run the party, serve treats and play games with party guests
• A visit from one (1) of the Dutch Wonderland characters to deliver a special message and gift to the birthday child
• Fountain soda
• Bags of potato chips
• A Souvenir cup for each guest
• One (1) birthday cake
• Ice cream
• Invitations and envelopes for you to mail to your guests
• A t-shirt for the birthday child that guests can sign!

Hot Food/Platters

If you want to serve hot food to your guests, we have plenty of tasty options!

"I knew my son and his friends would be content with pizza and chicken fingers, but I wanted to have something for the adults that were coming. The Deli Sandwich Platter was a big hit! I also ordered a Fresh Fruit Platter so that everyone could have something healthy to munch on."

Pizzas are cut to serve 10 people. All Platters serve 10 people.
The Caesar Salad Bowl and Fruit Salad Bowl serve 10 people each.

Drinks

The fountain soda machine in the Birthday Party Room serves Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Sierra Mist, Dr. Pepper, Pink Lemonade and Fruit Punch. We do offer the following additional drink choices:

BIRTHDAY PARTY GUIDELINES

A minimum of 10 paying guests (ages 3 and up) is required.

All parties are 1 hour in length and are held in the Birthday Room inside Dutch Wonderland.

We request 3 weeks advance notice for reservations. Parties booked with less than 3 weeks notice must be paid in full at time of reservation. Call for availability.

No personal checks - Credit Cards only.

A deposit of $100.00 is required to confirm a reservation. Dates and times are available first-come-first served.

Full payment is due 14 days prior to your event – single form of payment, please. All parties must be paid in full in advance.

Parties are non-refundable when final payment is applied.

All packages are priced for ages 3 and older
(adults and children).

Ages 2 and under are FREE!

How to Maximize your Party Experience

• If you have any questions or concerns…just ask!
• The more information we have, the smoother the party will run! (eg: food allergies, special diets, special needs)
• Look over our list of A La Carte items and decide which you would like prior to the party!
• Remind your guests to arrive on time! Your party may not be the only party scheduled that day and a delay in starting time may not be possible.
