2011 SUMMER BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Birthday Parties at Dutch Wonderland are easy to plan! Once you’ve selected the elements you want to include you can sit back and relax – we do the rest! Our package options give you the freedom to customize a party fit for royalty.

Parties are available any day that Dutch Wonderland is open. A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to hold the date/time of your party. Your deposit will be applied to the final cost of the party. Final payment is due two (2) weeks before the party date.

Parties are available on ANY day that we are open.

2011 Birthday Party Package

MINIMUM 10 PEOPLE REQUIRED

$11.99 per person. Minimum of 10 people required. (does not include admission to Dutch Wonderland or tax). Birthday party guests will be issued a wristband which will allow them access to the party. All guests who enter the party must be wearing their wristband.

• Exclusive use of our Birthday Party room for one (1) hour (located inside Dutch Wonderland)
• Party Hosts/Hostesses to run the party, serve treats and play games with party guests
• A visit from one (1) of the Dutch Wonderland characters to deliver a special message and gift to the birthday child
• Fountain soda
• Bags of potato chips
• A Souvenir cup for each guest
• One (1) birthday cake
• Ice cream
• Invitations and envelopes for you to mail to your guests
• A souvenir notebook and pen

A La Carte Items

We offer the following items as add-ons to our basic Party Package so that you can create the perfect party experience! Pizza/Platters each serve 10 people.

BIRTHDAY PARTY GUIDELINES

A minimum of 10 paying guests (Adults & Children) is required for all packages.

All parties are 1 hour in length and are held in the Birthday Room or Duke’s Lagoon.

We request 30 days advance notice for reservations.

No personal checks - Credit Cards or Money Orders only.

A deposit of $100.00 is required to confirm a reservation.

Full payment is due 10 days prior to your event – single form of payment, please.

Parties are non-refundable when final payment is applied.

Seasonal Pass holder rates are only extended to those with a valid Season Pass – not the entire party.

All packages are priced for ages 3 and older (adults and children), and include 6% PA Sales Tax.

Ages 2 and under are FREE!

Dates and times are available first-come-first serve.

How to Maximize your Party Experience

• If you have any questions or concerns…just ask!
  
• The more information we have, the smoother the party will run! (eg: food allergies, special diets, special needs)
• Look over our list of add-ons and decide which you would like prior to the party!
• Remind your guests to arrive on time! Your party may not be the only party scheduled that day and a delay in starting time may not be possible.
