Dutch Wonderland Staff Member Camped Out at the Top Post
A Kingdom For Kids! is proud to announce by royal decree that Jim Breneman, Manager of Old Mill Stream Campground, which is located on the Dutch Wonderland Family Entertainment Complex, will serve as President of the Pennsylvania Campground Owners Association (PCOA) until 2008.
As a non-profit trade association representing RV parks and campgrounds in the state of Pennsylvania, PCOA is working hard to promote a popular family pastime through marketing and education.
"Dutch Wonderland remains an avid supporter of PCOA, and I am honored to be chosen to take a turn in the pilothouse," Breneman said. "I am proud to serve with an active and talented board ready to take the Association where it needs to be."
Breneman addressed the many opportunities and benefits available to members that are only possible through PCOA: "There are so many things a member can do through the Association that they can't do on their own," he said. "It's a win/win, and as President, it is my responsibility to make sure the Association meets those needs."
Since PCOA's inception, Breneman has taken on many diverse roles: first as Regional Director, then moving into the Regional Vice President role, later becoming Vice President, and now in his role as President.
Breneman began his career in 1992 with the Clark Family, who until 2001 owned and operated Old Mill Stream Campground and additional properties, including the Dutch Wonderland Family Amusement Park located on the Dutch Wonderland Family Entertainment Complex. Breneman and his wife, Diane, have since become "fixtures" for the many campers who return year after year.
