Dutch Wonderland will be closed on Friday, Dec. 26th due to forecasted winter weather and extremely cold temperatures. Tickets dated for Friday, Dec. 26th are now valid for any one Dutch Winter Wonderland operating date through Dec. 31.

Lancaster, PA -- On Monday, May 20, 2013 at 10:30am Dutch Wonderland will officially celebrate 50 years of making memories by hosting a plaque dedication ceremony emceed by General Manager, Rick Stammel and special guests, founding family of the Park; the Clark family. This is a private event; only Dutch Wonderland employees and invited guests along with members of the media are invited to attend.
“We are very proud to be celebrating 50 years and look forward to the next 50,” said Stammel. “We are also very proud to have the Clark family join us for this special day.” Stammel, along with other Park management will be formally dedicating a plaque in front of the Wonderland Special Train Station. All attendees will also have the opportunity to take a ride on the Wonderland Special following the ceremony. A light lunch will be served afterwards.
Dutch Wonderland officially opened on May 20, 1963 with only four rides on 14 acres. Today, 50 years later, the Park now has over 30 rides on 43 acres including Duke’s Lagoon water play area and the adjacent Old Millstream Campground.
